One of the objectives of the project is to provide VET trainers and especially those working with people with cognitive disabilities with a Toolkit of Good Practices on inclusive competences at work. For this purpose, the partners of the DAW project have made a search for 5 best practices in each country (Italy, Poland and Spain), and from these 15 best practices we have selected the 7 best ones. This Toolkit therefore contains the best practices of the best practices.

There will be 3 categories of these practices:

• Informal soft skills training practices
• Assessment practices
• Mentoring practices

From all these practices, the partners have discussed, debated and finally voted on the 7 best practices, which are:

3. R.I.D.A (Raccordo Interventi Disabilità Adulti) (ITALY)
4. EasyEnglish – Fondazione Monnalisa – (ITALY)
5. Mentoring Proyecto Unidos – Fundación Adecco (SPAIN)
6. Polysensory stimulation – (POLAND)
7. Music Therapy – (POLAND)

This document also provides a guide with indications on how to implement each good practice, as the aim is to be able to replicate these «good» practices throughout Europe. This Good Practice Toolkit will be presented to VET and C-VET trainers during an International Webinar. Also, the Toolkit will then be used to train future trainees through a training cycle for VET and C-VET trainers in relation to people with cognitive disabilities.
