DAW: A project to improve the work skills of people with cognitive disabilities

The Diversity at Work project was born from the need felt by the partners to contribute to the inclusion and integration into the world of work of a category that is particularly difficult to reach: people with cognitive disabilities.

About Us

We are a European partnership made up of four organisations from Italy, Spain and Poland, some dedicated to training and skills development and others to the improvement of social welfare.

Participant Testimonials

“I was invited to join the training webinar from Fondazione Monnalisa, that roughly explained me the Diversity at Work project and I positively have to remark my satisfaction in attending at. In my job, I do not have opportunities of listening international experience, as I’m constantly managing with local disabled people situation.”
Maria Elisa (Trainer Il Binario Association)
“Our association deals with assisting people with intellectual disabilities but also psychological problems related to anxiety, eating disorders, etc. We share these common objectives with the Fondazione Monnalisa in Tuscany, we have also collaborated in some initiatives carried out in Florence, at our headquarters. The Diversity at work project is very interesting for us, in the idea of involving other European association on the specific topic.”
Luisa (Trainer from ITACA)
